By accessing and using the RageMP Monitor Bot service ("Service"), which includes the Discord bot, web dashboard, and related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.
The RageMP Monitor Bot is a Discord bot designed to monitor and report the status of RageMP servers. The Service includes features such as real-time monitoring, player tracking, and server status notifications.
To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to register for an account. When you log in with Discord, you authorize us to collect your Discord user ID, username, and information about the Discord servers you are in. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
Our Service collects certain data to function properly. This includes, but is not limited to, Discord user IDs, usernames, associated Discord server memberships, Discord server IDs, and RageMP server IPs and ports for monitoring purposes. All data collection is subject to our Privacy Policy.
Server monitoring data (such as RageMP server IP, port, player count, and uptime) is collected solely for the purpose of providing the Service's core functionality and is not shared with third parties for commercial purposes.
We offer a premium plan at a price of $5 per month. Users subscribed to the premium plan receive unlimited monitoring capabilities for their channels.
The premium plan provides continuous monitoring for as long as the subscription is active. If a user's premium plan expires or is canceled, and their account reverts to a free status, all premium monitoring sessions will be suspended. These suspended premium sessions will not actively monitor servers, but users will retain the ability to view and delete them from their dashboard. To reactivate these monitoring sessions, the user must re-subscribe to the premium plan.

In no event shall our liability exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for the Service during the twelve months preceding the claim.
All content related to the Service, including but not limited to code, graphics, logos, and design, is the property of RageMP Monitor Bot or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our Service without explicit permission.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.
We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of significant changes through Discord announcements or email.
